| 摘 要： | 研究了北虫草在不同培养基的生长情况,采用多个因素水平进行试验,用LSR法进行差异显著性比较。结果表明,母种培养基以PDA培养基为最佳培养基;培养料以大米加少量蚕蛹粉等营养物质为最佳培养料;菌丝体生长的第五天为菌丝对数生长阶段。

| Abstract: | The effects of different media on the growth of codyceps mjilitahis were studied. LSR method was used to proceed variant significant comparision. The results showed that PDA was the best medium for the growth of mother spawn. Rice with a little silkworm chrysalis powder was the best substrate of the growth of the growth of fruit body. The fifth day is the logarithm stage for the mycelium growth. |
