This paper introduced the 15N labelled livestock and poultry excrement organic manure applications in agriculture on the world and the labeling methods of 15N labelled organic manure.15N labeled organic fertilizer is mainly used for livestock and poultry manure nitrogen cycling and utilization research.There are two 15N labeling methods,i.e.,direct and indirect labeling methods.The indirect labeling method is divided into labeling feed and urea method.The labeling methods of 15N labelled organic manure was expounded.Finally,the advantage and shortcomings of the labeling methods were compared.
