大孔吸附树脂纯化岗稔果皮花色苷的研究

摘    要:以岗稔果皮为原料,研究大孔树脂对岗稔果皮花色苷的吸附特性,优化岗稔花色苷的动态吸附条件。通过AB-8、D101和XAD-7HP等3种大孔树脂对岗稔花色苷吸附效果的比较,选用XAD-7HP大孔树脂,并研究其对岗稔花色苷的动态吸附情况。结果显示,岗稔果皮花色苷在XAD-7HP树脂上的最佳吸附解吸条件:吸附流速为1 mL/min,上样液的花色苷浓度为11.2mg/L,用4倍柱床体积的70%(体积分数)酸性乙醇(pH 1.0)作为洗脱液,洗脱流速为1 mL/min。岗稔果皮花色苷经XAD-7HP大孔树脂纯化后,花色苷含量提高3.6倍。

Abstract:The absorption and purification effects of 3 kinds of resins on anthocyanins of Rhodomyrtus tomemtosa(Ait.) Hassk(ARH) were compared,and the properties of adsorption and desorption for XAD-7HP on ARH were further investigated.The result showed that XAD-7HP was the best resin for ARH due to its better adsorption and desorption capability.The optimal technical parameters of XAD-7HP were as follows: the adsorption flow rate was 1 mL/min,anthocyanins concentration of sample solution was 11.2 mg/L,the elution solvent was 4BV(bed volume) of 70%(V/V) acidified-ethanol(pH 1.0),desorption flow rate was 1 mL/min.After purified with XAD-7HP,the content of ARH increased by 3.6 times.
