摘 要: | 为加快金心扶芳藤在园林绿化中的应用,以其带腋芽的茎段为材料,筛选其初代、增殖及生根培养基,建立组培快繁技术体系。结果表明:金心扶芳藤较适宜的初代诱导培养基为MS+BA 1.0 mg/L+IBA 0.05mg/L,芽的诱导率达96.0%;较适宜的增殖培养基为MS+BA 5.0 mg/L+IBA 0.08 mg/L+NAA 0.06 mg/L,芽的增殖系数达3.9;较适宜的生根培养基为1/2MS+IBA 2.0 mg/L,苗木生根率达100%,平均根数7.8条,根长4.5 cm。

Abstract: | To speed up the application of‘Euonymus fortunei cv. Sunspot’in the landscape,with its stem segments with axillary buds of material,the initial screening,to establish tissue culture and rapid propagation technology system. Re-sults showed that,the appropriate medium on original culture was MS+BA 1.0 mg/L+IBA 0.05 mg/L,germination fre-quency of axillary buds reached 96.0%;The suitable proliferation medium were MS+BA5.0 mg/L+IBA0.08 mg/L+NAA 0.06 mg/L,and the multiplication coefficient were 3.9;The proper rooting medium was 1/2MS+IBA2.0 mg/L, rooting rate was up to 100%,root number 7.8,root length was 4.5 cm. |
