基层农科院所服务区域农业发展的实践与思考——以江苏里下河地区农业科学研究所为例

基层农业科研院所担负着区域农业发展的重任。以江苏里下河地区农业科学研究所为例,全面总结了该所通过科技创新、人才保障和成果转化推动区域农业发展的做法与经验,针对服务力量不足、服务针对性不强、服务体制不够健全等问题,对新形势下基层农业科研院所进一步强化科技服务工作、助推区域农业发展提出了调整科研工作重点、培养科技服务团队、创新科技服务体制等建议。

Practice and Reflection on Servicing Development of Regional Agriculture for Grass-roots Agricultural Science Institutes-Take Institute of Agricultural Science of the Lixiahe District in Jiangsu Province as an Example

The institute of agricultural science at grass-root level takes on important responsibility of regionally agricultural development. Taking agricultural science institute of Lixiahe District in Jiangsu Province as an example, the practice and experience in promoting regional agricultural development via technical innovation, personnel security and achievement transformation have been summarized comprehensively. Aiming at shortage in service strength, pertinence and system it puts forward some suggestions for institute of agricultural science at grass-root level to strengthen scientiifc service work and promote regionally agricultural development in new situation, such as adjusting focal point of scientiifc research work, developing scientiifc service team, and innovating scientiifc service system.
