对高校依法治校工作的思考

近年来，随着教育法制建设的逐步完善，各地依法治校工作有了一定程度的进展，创造了一些好的经验和具有地方特色的依法治校工作思路。但从总体上看，学校的法治观念和依法管理的意识还比较薄弱；依法治校的制度和措施还不健全，依法治校还没有完全成为学校的自觉行为，与依法治国基本方略的要求还有一定的差距。

Thoughts on Management on Colleges and Universities

In recent years,with the gradual improvement in the legal construction of education,many progress had been made in the management on schools by laws to some extent all around,achieved some good experiences and ideas with local characteristics for management on schools by laws.But as a whole,schools are still weak in the understanding of laws and in the awareness of management by laws,systems and measures for mangement on schools by laws are not so complete,management on school management are still not so conscious in schools,andit is still distant from the demand of the basic strategy of rule by laws.
