河北省农机购置补贴政策探讨与推广现状分析

自2008年以来，河北省农作物种植面积不断扩大，农村劳动力人数呈逐年下降趋势，这无疑给河北省这一农业大省在粮食供给方面带来了巨大压力。为此，河北省严格按照国家政策要求，大力实施农机购置补贴政策，提高农民购机积极，并取得了一定的效果，但在这一政策实施过程中，仍出现了一些新问题。通过对河北省沧州市、保定市、石家庄市10余个县进行走访调查，对其农机购置补贴绩效进行分析，并为加大推进农机补贴政策的实施提出合理对策。

Discussion and Promotion Current Situation of Agricultural Purchasing Subsidy Machinery Policy in Hebei

Since 2008,crops planting area expands unceasingly in Hebei,the rural labor force decreases year by year,which undoubtedly brings great pressure on food supplies in Hebei.Therefore,in strict accordance with the national policy requirements, Hebei government vigorously implements the farm machinery purchase subsidy policy,raises farmers' buyers polarity,and obtains a certain effect,but in the implementation of the policy,some new problems have arisen.Through investigating in Cangzhou,Baod-ing,Shijiazhuang,the farm machinery purchase subsidy performance is analyzed,and reasonable countermeasures to promote the implementation of the farm machinery subsidy policy are put forward.
