摘 要: | 汽车散热器是一个薄壁、紧凑性高、料重工轻的总成,是水冷式内燃机冷却系统中必不可缺的一个组成部分。目前,散热器正在向轻型、高效、经济方向发展随着汽车工业的发展,现在汽车散热器使用的是变形铝锰系合金,它的突出特点是耐蚀、导热、导电性能好,具有优良的加工与焊接等性能,被广泛地应用于散热器材料中。研制出更具有耐蚀性的Al_Mn_RE合金将具有更强地实用价值。

Abstract: | Car radiator is a thin-walled,high compactness, heavy light assembly,it is essential in a water cooled internal combustion engine cooling system.At present,the radiator is to develop in the direction of light, high efficiency and economy with the development of automobile industry,now car radiator is using deformation aluminum manganese alloy,its outstanding characteristic is corrosion resistant,thermal conductivity,good electrical conductivity,excellent machining and welding performance,it is widely used in the radiator material.This paper discuss the car radiator with Al-Mn-RE alloy preparation and organization and corrosion resistance. |
