| 摘 要： | [目的]探索20日龄雏鸡出现有关节肿胀、拉白色稀粪和少量死亡等症状的疾病病因,为鸡场的疾病诊断和防治提供建议和有效措施。[方法]采集病鸡样品并进行了细菌学检验。通过细菌分离、PCR、生化试验和回鸡试验鉴定出5株鸡白痢沙门氏菌。[结果]用分离株感染SPF雏鸡,能复制出与自然感染一致的病例。[结论]鸡白痢沙门氏菌是造成鸡场该次疾病的主要病原。 |

Isolation and Identification of Salmonella Pullorum |

| Abstract: | [Objective] The disease of 20-day-old chick with the character of swell-joint and blanc-loose stool resulting in few death was analyzed for the provision of the effective measurement of its diagnosis and control.[Method] The bacteriological character of the sample from the diseased chick was tested and 5 strains of Salmonella Pullorum from the sample were identified through bacterial isolation,PCR,biochemical test and its inoculation experiment.[Results] The chicks could be infected by the isolated strain,which were similar clinical signs as the diseased chick in farm.[Conclusion] The pathogen of Salmonella Pullorum was main reason in the chick-diseasing. |
