微波再生赤泥-铁渣法处理苎麻脱胶废水

摘    要:[目的]利用工业废弃物处理废水,达到以废治废的目的。[方法]以工业废弃物赤泥和铁渣为吸附原料处理苎麻脱胶废水,并采用微波煅烧的方法对其进行再生处理。考察赤泥-铁渣投加量、铁渣添加量对吸附和再生吸附的影响。[结果]当投加量为20 g/L,铁渣添加量10%的条件下,原始及再生赤泥-铁渣对废水COD的去除率分别达到90.3%和85.4%。动力学分析表明该吸附过程能够较好地符合准二级动力学模型。[结论]利用工业废弃物赤泥和铁渣处理苎麻脱胶废水是可行的。

Abstract:[Objective] The research aimed to study how to treat wastewater with industrial waste.[Method]Two kinds of industrial waste,red mud and scrap iron were used for treatment of ramie degumming wastewater.And the red mud and scrap iron were regenerated by microwave.The effects of dosage and the amount of scrap iron on COD removal were studied.[Result]The results showed that the COD removal efficiencies with initial and regenerated red mud were 90.3% and 85.4% respectively.The kinetic analysis indicated that the adsorption could be described by pseudo-second-order kinetic model.[Conclusion]This research showed that it is feasible using red mud and scrap iron for treatment of ramie degumming wastewater.
