摘 要: | 目的]研究不同工艺参数对花盆复合材料力学性能的影响。方法]以拉伸强度、冲击强度为主要指标,采用正交及单因素试验对成型工艺进行优化。结果]最优成型工艺条件为:热压温度185℃、热压压力12 MPa、热压时间9 min;该条件下的花盆复合材料的拉伸强度为68.76 MPa,冲击强度为9.13 KJ/m。结论]为废弃纺织纤维复合材料的扩大应用提供了依据。

Abstract: | Objective] The aim was to study the influence of different process parameters on the mechanical properties of flowerpot composite materials.Method] Through taking tensile strength and impact strength as the main indexes,orthogonal experiment and single factor experiment were used to optimize the molding process.Results] The optimal molding process conditions were as follows: hot pressing temperature was 185 ℃,hot pressing pressure was 12 MPa and hot pressing time was 9 min;under these conditions,tensile strength was 68.76 MPa and impact strength was 9.13 KJ/m.Conclusion] This research provided references for the expanding application of waste fiber composite materials. |
