摘    要:目的]筛选酵母发酵工业废水生物降解菌,研究该菌株降解废水的最佳降解条件。方法]以宜昌市某企业发酵工业废水为唯一碳源,通过选择性富集、驯化和划线分离纯化,从宜昌地区污泥中筛选得到菌株SA,采用形态观察和生理生化试验相结合的方法对菌株进行特性鉴定。以温度、pH值和底物浓度为影响因素,通过正交试验确定菌株降解发酵工业废水最佳条件。结果]经鉴定,菌株SA为施氏假单胞菌(Pseudomonas stutzeri spp.)。由正交试验得出菌株SA降解宜昌某企业发酵工业废水的最适条件为:温度35℃,pH值6.0,底物浓度600 ml/L。在最适降解条件下,菌株对发酵工业废水的COD去除率可达73.1%,表明该菌株的矿化能力较强。结论]该菌株在好氧条件下具有较强的降解发酵工业废水的能力。

Screening of Biodegradation Strains in Wastewater from Yeast Fermentation Industry

Abstract:Objective] The study aimed to screening of biodegradation strains in wastewater from the yeast fermentation industry and study the optimum degradation conditions for degrading the water by the strain.Method] Taking waste water from the fermentation industry in some enterprise in Yichang City as the only carbon source,through selective and enrichment,domestication,and streaking and purification,the strain SA was screened from the sludge in Yichang area and the combination methods of morphology observation and physiological and biochemical experiment was used to identify the characteristic of the strain.With the temperature,pH value and substrate concn.as the influence factors,the best degradation conditions for degrading the wastewater from the fermentation industry by the strain were confirmed through an orthogonal test.Result] SA was identified as Pseudomonas stutzeri spp.The best conditions obtained from the orthogonal experiment for degrading the wastewater from the fermentation industry by the strain SA were as follows: the temperature was 35 ℃,the pH value was 6.0 and the substrate concn.was 600 ml/L.Under this optimum degrading condition,the removal rate of COD by the wastewater from the fermentation industry reached 73.1%,showing that the strain had stronger mineralization ability.Conclusion] The strain had stronger ability for degrading the wastewater from the fermentation industry under the aerobic.
