基因型和环境互作对宁夏稻米整精米率的影响

摘    要:利用 AMMI模型分析了 1999年宁夏优质米多点试验的数据。结果表明 ,宁夏稻区主要水稻品种整精米率以环境效应较大 ,多数品种均存在基因型和环境互作 ,整精米率不同地点差异较大。在环境因子中 ,整精米率与生育期内施磷肥量和降雨量呈正相关 ,与日平均气温差和日照时数呈负相关。

Abstract:The rata of Ningxia quality rice multilocation trail in 1999 were analyzed with AMMI models.The results showed that head rice rate was mostly effected by environent.With regards to head rice rate,most tested varieties were involved with the G×E interaction effects.Howere,head rice rate was significantly related to sites in Ningxia.There was positive correlation between head rice rate and the application of P fertilizers,as wall as rainfall,mean while,there were negative correlation between head rice rate andthe variation olf daily mean temperature,as wall as the daily sunshine.
