基于GIS的雷州林业局林业资源管理信息系统

数字林业大背景下出现的集约化经营已成为人工林经营的一种模式,传统的森林资源信息管理工作面临着越来越多的挑战,已经不能满足实际的需要,迫切需要新的信息管理技术。结合中国国营林场开发总公司雷州林业局管理状况,以Map Object为开发平台,应用GIS技术开发了一套林业资源管理应用系统,与二类清查数据库、林班经营管理财务数据库等属性数据库进行动态链接,使之成为可视化、多元化的管理信息系统。该系统实现了显示、查询、统计森林资源蓄积量和碳汇等信息的功能,将为林业资源的科学管理、林业调查规划设计提供现代化的辅助手段。

Forest resource management information system based on GIS technology for Leizhou Forestry Bureau

In the context of digital forestry,the paper presented that intensive management had become a model for plantation management,the traditional information management of forestry resources confronted more and more challenges,the situation desired new efficient technologies of information management to be used.According to the current management of forest in Leizhou Forestry Bureau,the forest resource management system based on the platform of visual basic and adopted the geographical information technology of GIS,was designed and developed visually,which dynamically linked with forest management inventory(FMI) and the financial data of forest management.The functions of forest resource information processing such as displaying,searching and making the statistics of volume and carbon sink for forest resource,would promote scientific management of forest as an important supplementary means.
