贵州茶业发展的现状、优势与对策

从研究经济学服务于茶产业出发,对贵州茶业发展的栽培历史、发展现状、发展机遇和有利条件进行了论述,并从技术、市场、茶叶需求、发展战略等方面分析了贵州茶产业出现的非均衡发展态势,以期为贵州茶业今后几年拟实现跨越式发展,寻求科学的理论依据,提出了发展对策:一是需要解决好"三农"问题;二是实行非均衡发展战略;三是以市场为导向,实行茶业产业化经营;四是形成开放系统加速物质、能量和信息交换;五是通过政策调整和制度创新建立有效的运行机制;六是依靠科技,促进茶业可持续发展.

Development Situation and Advantage of Tea Industry and Its Countermeasures in Guizhou
