金缘吉丁虫研究初报

金缘吉丁虫是梨树的毁灭性蛀干害虫。虫蛹发生期主要与温度相关,4月下旬为始期,5月中旬为盛期,6月初为末期;成虫羽化喜温暖、高湿天气,与降雨关系密切,5月中旬为始期,5月下旬为盛期,6月中旬为末期;成虫具假死性,雄成虫寿命比雌成虫短;为害梨树和死刺槐,后者比前者虫口密度高7.9～12.9倍;梨树树势越强,受害越低,反之就高。成虫期树上喷药、捕捉成虫,幼虫期药剂熏蒸主干、涂刷虫部枝干以及加强管理、增强树势等措施,均能取得良好的防治效果。

PRELIMINARY STUDIES ON Lampra limbata Gebler

Lampra limbata Gebler is a destructive insect species of pear trees. Its larva and pupa stage is closely related to temperature.This stage begins in the third decade of April, and flourishes in the second decade of May, and finishes in the third decade of June. Hot and wet wheather is good for eclosion of its adults; and rain fall has much to do with their action.The adult stage begins in the second decade of May,flourishes in the third decade of the same month,and finishes in the second decade of June. The adult has a habit of pretending to be dead; and the life-span of the male adults is shorter than that of the female ones.It is in this stage that the insects do damage to pear and black locust trees. The population density of female iasects is 7.9-12.9 times higher than that of male ones.The better the tree grows,the less the trees suffers from the pest. The measures, spraying insecticide over the trees and collecting abult insects in adult period fumigating trunks or daubing their damaged parts with insecticide in larva period and improving the tree management,can all be used to control the pest effectively.
