| 摘 要： | 曼陀罗杀鼠活性研究表明，在饵料中曼陀罗含量为20％时，曼陀罗种子、茎对小白鼠的毒杀率均为100％，叶为88．9％，果壳为80％；在含量为15％时，毒杀率分别为90％、70％、50％和80％；在含量为10％时，毒杀率分别为70％、66．7％、0和20％；以家鸡进行安全性试验。无二次中毒现象。

| Abstract: | Tests on rat killing activity with different organs of jimsonweed indicated that jimsonweed is very efficacious in killing rat. When the content of jimsonweed on the bait is 20% , the killing rates of seed, stem, leaf and pericarp are 100% ,88. 9% ,80% respectively. When the content of is 15% ,the rates are 90% ,70% ,50% and 80% respectively. When the content is 10% ,the rates are 70% ,66. 7% ,0 and 20% respectively. At the same time, the jimsonweed is safe and not secondly-poisonous to chicken. |
