摘    要:以甘蓝型黄籽杂交油菜渝黄1号为试验材料,用F2群体中的9株黑籽单株和12株黄籽单株的DNA分别构成黑籽集团和黄籽集团.通过BSA法筛选了96个AFLP引物组合和173对SSR引物,鉴定出与显性黄籽基因连锁的1个AFLP标记E35M52180和1个SSR标记P039230,标记与显性黄籽基因的交换率分别为4.9%和2.5%.此外还发现1个SSR标记P055240与深色种皮有关.

Abstract:DNA samples from 9 blacked-seeded and 12 yellow-seeded F_2 plants, which derived from Brassica napus variety Yuhuang No.1, were mixed respectively to make blacked-seeded bulk and yellow-seeded bulk. 96 AFLP primer combinations and 173 pairs of SSR primers were selected with the bulked segregant analysis (BSA) approach. One AFLP marker E35M52_(180) and one SSR marker P039_(230) were identified to be tightly linked to dominant yellow-seeded genes, with recombination value of 4.9% and 2.5% respectively. Another SSR marker P055_(240), which related to dark seed coat color, was found in this experiment.
