桫椤叶和茎干抑菌活性初探

摘    要:目的]初步探讨桫椤叶和茎干提取物的抑菌活性,为中药龙骨风(桫椤叶的茎干)研究开发提供依据。方法]以金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌为供试菌种,研究了桫椤茎叶和茎干甲醇提取物对它们的抑菌作用,并与黄连提取物的抑菌效果进行比较。结果]桫椤叶对大肠杆菌的抑制效果最好,最低抑制浓度为0.10%,对枯草芽孢杆菌的抑制效果次之,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用最弱;桫椤茎干对枯草芽孢杆菌的抑制效果最好,最低抑制浓度为0.10%,对大肠杆菌的抑制效果次之,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用最弱。桫椤叶和茎干提取物的抑菌作用与黄连提取物的相比较弱。结论]桫椤叶对大肠杆菌的抑制效果较好,桫椤茎干对枯草芽孢杆菌的抑制效果较好,最低抑制浓度均为0.10%。

Abstract:Objective]The aim of the research was to primarily discuss the bacteriostatic activity of Alsophila spinulosa leaves and stems so as to provide basis for developing and utilizing Chinese traditional medicine Longgufeng.Method]With Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis as tested bacterium,the bacteriostatic effects of ethanol extracts from Alsophila spinulosa leaves and stems on 3 kinds of bacteria were studied and compared with that of coptis extracts.Result]The leaves of A.spinulosa had best inhibition effect on E.coli with the minimum inhibition concentration of 0.10%,followed by the inhibition effect on B.subtilis and its effect on S.aureus was weakest.The stems of A.spinulosa had best inhibition effect on B.subtilis with the minimum inhibition concentration of 0.10%,followed by the inhibition effect on E.coli and its effect on S.aureus was weakest.The bacteriostatic effects of the extracts from the stems and the leaves of A.spinulosa were weaker than that of coptis extracts.Conclusion]The leaves of A.spinulosa had better inhibition effect on E.coli and the stems of A.spinulosa had better inhibition effect on B.subtilis,with the minimum inhibition concentration of 0.10%.
