| 摘 要： | 从新疆草地生态和宏观生态环境状况分析入手,通过对新疆草地生态与宏观生态环境的关系分析和草地生态恶化的起因分析,结合新疆畜牧业发展和牧草业发展,根据草地生态置换的内涵和要求,阐述了新疆实施草地生态置换的紧迫性和必要性,提出了新疆实施草地生态置换的总体思路、建设对策和保障措施.

Thinking and Constructive Countermeasure of Grassland Ecological Replacement in Xinjiang |

| Abstract: | Starting from analyzing the ecological situation of Xinjiang grasslang,its relationship with macro environment,and reasons for the deterioration of grassland envrionment the paper expounded the urgency and necessity of implementing ecological replacement of natural grassland.Combining with the development of husbandry and pratacultural industry in Xinjiang,it outlined the whold thought,construction countermeasures and ensuring measures on ecological replacement of grassland. |
