摘    要:采用离体培养的方法,对香石竹红色品种‘多明格’的茎尖培养试管苗进行连续多代剔除玻璃苗和畸形苗的筛选,继代培养27代后获得了玻璃化率稳定在8%左右的低玻璃化无性系。该无性系经10代的增殖培养,定植到大田后仍然保持母本的优良性状,无明显的有害变异。

Abstract:Plantlets in vitro of 'Domingo', one of the red-flowering carnation breeds, were subcultured in vitro. They were selected for obtaining a clone, whose vitrification rate could be controlled less than 10%, by way of progressive subculture. After 27 times of subculture, such a clone was obtained. After 10 times of multiplying culture, the clone could keep the traits of its original one, and no harmful variation was observed, when they grew in a field.
