玉米种子籽粒冲击损伤的试验

摘    要:降低玉米种子脱粒损伤是当前机械脱粒的主要问题。对不同含水率的玉米穗进行了在不同部位、不同冲击方向下的冲击试验。试验结果表明:籽粒含水率对破损率的影响呈一元二次函数关系且函数有极小值。当冲击力的水平分力方向与玉米穗轴线垂直时,在同一部位冲击玉米穗,籽粒的破损率小于平行时籽粒的破损率。在垂直施力方向下,玉米穗上部破损率最大,下部破损率最小,而在平行施力方向下,玉米穗中部破损率最大,下部破损率最小。

Abstract:At present,decreasing of corn seed on the threshing damage is the main problem of mechanical threshing.The experiments of corn ears loaded impact under different impacting partitions,directions and moisture contents were proceeded in this paper.The results showed that the relation of moisture content of corn seed kernels and damage rate of corn seed kernels is unitary and hypo-two function with and function has minimum.At same impacting partitions of corn ear,damage rate of corn seed kernels under vertical direction of level component of impacting force and axes of corn ear was less than damage rate of corn seed kernels under parallel direction.Top kernels of corn ear was the most damage rate under vertical manner of inflicting force,and underside kernels of corn ear was the least damage rate,but middle kernels of corn ear was the most damage rate under parallel manner of inflicting force,and underside kernels of corn ear was the least damage rate.
