自然因素与社会经济因素对耕地质量贡献率研究

以标准粮产量作为耕地质量指标,在CIS支持下,研究了自然因素与社会经济因素对南阳市卧龙耕地质量的贡献率问题。结合LESA的评价模式,将耕地质量评价分为自然因素评价和社会经济因素评价两个部分,然后根据耕地质量综合分值与标准粮产量的相关关系确定自然因素与社会经济因素对耕地质量的贡献率。结果表明,在卧龙区,自然因素与社会经济因素的最佳贡献率比例为3∶2,而不是美国1983年LESA手册所规定的1∶2,同时阐明了耕地质量内涵的不同是产生该差异的根本原因。该研究结果为提高耕地质量评价结果在土地管理工作中的高效应用提供了基础数据与研究思路。

The Contributing Ratio of Natural and Social-economic Factors to the Quality of Cultivated Land

It was studied that the ratio, contributed by natural factors and social economic tactors to quality of cultivated land using CIS in consideration with the productivity indicator crop as quality index. With the application of LESA pattern, the quality evaluation of cultivated land was separated into natural assessnent and social-economic appraisement. Then according to the relationship of the compositive value and the productivity of speitied indicator crop, the ratio contributed by natural and soial economic factors to quality of cultivated land was calculated. The results showed that the best ratio was 3 ∶ 2 rather than 1 ∶ 2, and the latter ratio was obtained in LESA of 1983 edition in wolong district. At the same time,it was clarified that the quality connotation of cultivated land wight be the fundamental cause between these two different ratios. This research offered basic data and study model in the daily land administration affairs and promote the utilzation of evaluation result efficiently.
