| 摘 要： | 本文针对"广东农村信息直通车工程,"从信息资源、信息技术和管理角度对直通车工程的实施进行规范化研究,提出广东农村信息直通车工程建设规范化体系。本文最后对基于规范的直通车工程服务进行了展望。
