甘蓝型油菜胞核雄性不育材料H90S的遗传研究

摘    要:油菜生态型胞核不育材料H90S与甘蓝型油菜品种、隐性胞核不育和显性胞核不育材料的可育株、胞质不育保持系等测交及回交后代育性分析 表明,H90S不育性受3对独立遗传的重叠隐性基因a1,a2,a3共同控制,3对基因同时为隐性即表现不育。

Abstract:The ecotype genetic male sterile (GMS) of H90S was investigated by cross and backcross with varieties of Brassica napus L., fertile plants of recessive GMS and dominant GMS, and retain of cytoplasmic male sterile. The result show that the H90S fertility were controled by 3 pair of genes that possessed independent inheritance and overlapping recessive (a 1?a 2?a 3). H90S showed GMS when 3 pair of gene were recessive, simultaneously.
