| Abstract: | Factors causing occurrence of the ivory smuggle in China and defects in the management system were discussed, taking the biggest ivory smuggle case in 2003 as an example and relative suggestions were proposed as some advice, beneficial to effective control of ivory market in present situation of the market in international conditions and conditions in our country. |
