自然降温对大叶黄杨抗寒性的影响

摘    要:通过田间对比试验,对大叶黄杨叶片在冬季自然降温条件下相对电导率、可溶性蛋白含量等生理生化指标的变化规律进行了详细的研究。结果显示:1)在自然降温条件下大叶黄杨各层叶片的相对电导率先急骤上升后缓慢下降;中层叶片电导率增加缓慢,数值低于上、下层;经处理后的大叶黄杨叶片电导率增幅小于对照。2)随着气温的下降,大叶黄杨叶片细胞中可溶性蛋白含量在1月达到最高值后又快速下降;2种处理的中层叶片比上、下2层叶片中可溶性蛋白质含量变化较小;对照的可溶性蛋白质含量较处理1的增幅小。

Effect of Natural Cooling on Cold Resistance of Euonymus japonicus

Abstract:Through the farm contrast experiment, relative conductivity and soluble protein and other physiological and bio- chemical indicators of Euonymus japonicus in the leaf were studied under natural cooling in winter. The results showed : 1. under the circumstance of natural cooling, the relative conductivity of each layer of Euonymua japonicus increased promptly at first but decreased later. The relative conductivity of middle layer increased slowly and the value was lower than the up- per layer and lower layer. Conductivity of treated Euonymus japonicus leaf was relatively lower than the compared sample. 2. with the temperature decreasing, the volume of soluble protein in the cell of Euonymus japonicus leaf was at peak in Janu- ary and then went down quickly. In two treated middle layers, the protein volume change was smaller than that of the upper and lower layers. The protein volume increase of compared sample was smaller than that of treated sample.
