桑蚕微粒子的胚种传染率

摘    要:胚种传染是桑蚕微粒子病的重要传染途径,母蛾检验是控制该病害的重要措施,该技术在不断改进的同时,在实际生产中其成效也被得到充分的证实和肯定。微粒子病的胚种传染率是一个影响成品卵检验技术十分重要的因素,蚕品种、感染时间和母蛾感染程度等是影响胚种传染率的重要因素。微粒子病流行中胚种传染率变化等的研究将成为成品卵技术的成立提供重要的理论依据。

Abstract:Transovarial transmission is the main cause for infecting silkworm pebrine. Mother moth inspection is the most popular way to control and prevent silkworm pebrine. The technique of mother moth inspection was improved gradually during production practice, and excellent result had been achieved. The rate of germination transmission of silkworm pebrine is a main factor to influence the inspection technique of commercial silkworm eggs. Moreover, the silkworm variety, infecting time and the extension of the mother moth infection are all important factors for the rate of germination transmission. Therefore, the study on the variation of the rate of germination transmission during the pebrine epidemic stage will supply theoretical evidence to the inspection techniques for commercial egg quality control.
