抗Atrazine基因导入黑龙江大豆品种及其表达和遗传

摘    要: 用子房直接注射法将抗Atrazine基因导入了24个黑龙江大豆品种(系)中。经两次叶片涂抹法检测证实,对Atrazine表现出抗性的植株达29.4%~43.7%。进一步用PCR法检测证明,在99份导入抗性基因的材料中有5份(内有F#-1代,F#-2代株)扩增到了抗性基因。这表明抗性基因导入后已获表达,并遗传到了后代。初步的大田检测表明,导入抗性基因的克交87-4265F#-2代植株,在出苗前土壤喷施Atrazine情况下植株不受害,生长正常,表明它对该除草剂有抗性,而对照株则92%受害死亡。

Abstract:The Atrazine-resistant gene has been introduced into 24 soybean varieties (lines) of Heilongjiang Province by using the method of direct injection through ovary. Two assays of spraying leaves with Atrazine solution have confirmed that, the plants showing Atrazine-resistance reach 29. 4%~43. 7%. The further assay with method of PCR has proved that, there are 5 materials (including the plants of F1 and F2 generations) amplifying the Atrazine-resistant gene in 99 materials introduced with the resistant gene. It indicates that the resistant gene introduced has been expressed and inherited by the progenies. A preliminary assay in field showed that the F2 plants of Kejiao 87-4265 introduced with resistance gene were not injured in case of spraying the Atrazine solution in field before seedling emergence and grew normally, which indicated that these plants were resistant to this herbicide; in contrast with this, 92% of CK plants died of injury.
