污灌区重金属污染及其在水稻体内的积累的研究

摘    要:通过对沈抚灌区李石开发区水稻田土壤-水稻系统重金属含量测定以达到监测灌区污染状况的目的;分别对污水灌溉区(A区)和井水灌溉区(B区)按梅花布点法分别布设5个测点, 采用原子吸收分光光度法对其土壤和水稻中的Hg、Cd、Pb、Cu等重金属的含量进行了分析测定,并与国家土壤质量标准进行比较;结果表明,井水灌区和污灌区土壤Hg、Cd含量较高,Pb、Cu含量稍高,水稻系统内也有一定的重金属累积,分布规律大致为:土>根>叶>茎>籽粒.

Abstract:The contents of heavy metals in soil and Rice in the Shen fu waste water irrigation area were determined for monitoring pollution situation.The soil rice waste water irrigation area(A area) and the pump water irrigation area(B area).were deternvined witb the five plum distribution method.with the atomic absorption sepctrophotometry(AAS)to value the content of Hg,Cd,Pb and Cu were analy sized.Compared with the situation of pump water irrigation area and the national standards of the soil quality,it shows that these two areas are both polluted in some extent,especially Hg and Cd in waste water irrigation area.The distribution of heavy metals generally are :soil>root>stem>leaf>fruit.
