籼稻三系不育系祥A的生育特性及开花习性初探

摘    要:对新育成籼型三系不育系祥A的生育特性及开花习性进行研究,结果表明:祥A比对照Ⅱ-32A(CK)株高略矮,单穗颖花数少,而单株穗数多;生育期对光温反应较敏感,播始历期(70~101 d)随播种期的推迟而缩短。祥A单丛日开花动态和花时分布情况与Ⅱ-32A(CK)相似,表现为开花高峰期不明显,花时欠集中,但开花历期较长,达12 d,其中午前花率高达71.2%,总柱头外露率为68.71%。

A Preliminary Observation on Growth and Development Characteristics and Flowering Habits of Three-lineIndica Rice Cytoplasmic Male Sterile Line Xiang A
Abstract:The observation of growth and development characteristics and flowering habits of three-line indica rice cytoplasmic male sterile (CMS) line Xiang A were conducted. The results showed that compared with the control CMS line Ⅱ-32A, Xiang A exhibited a slight dwarfism in plant height, less spikelets per panicle, more panicle numbers per plant, and more sensitive response to light and temperature in growth period. Days form sowing to heading (70~101 d) of Xiang A shortened with delayed sowing stage. A total number of leaves of main stem of Xiang A ranged from 13.0 to 16.0, with an average of 14.3. The percentage of daily flowering spikelets and distribution of flowering time of Xiang A were similar to Ⅱ-32A. Xiang A had no obvious flowering peak, but had a long flowering duration of 12 d. Furthermore, Xiang A had the percentage of flowering spikelets before noon of 71.2% and total stigma exsertion rate of 68.71%.
