摘    要:对籼稻窄叶青8号和粳稻京系17杂交F1的花药进行离体培养,获得了1个含133个DH系的作图群体,通过构 建分子连锁图谱,对水稻再生能力,头季稻产量及其构成因子的QTL进行区间作图。

Abstract:An indica cultivar Zhaiyeqin 8 and a japonica cultivar Jingxi 17 are both semid-warf rice cultivars that differ significantly in spikelets per panicle and 1000-grain weight and in-siginificantly in ratooning ability, grain weight per plant, panicles per plant and seed setting rate. One hundred and thirty-three doubled haploid lines were produced by anther culture from the cross between Zhaiyeqing 8 and Jingxi 17, and we're used to construct an RFLP map with 137 markers. Interval mapping identified 19 QTLs with minor effects controlling phenotypic values of responsible traits tested. From the distribution of all the QTLs on chromosomes, it is inferred that genetic basis of the negative correlation between ratooning ability and grain weight per plant, panicles per plant or seed setting rate is that their QTLs with different direction effects are located in the closely linked regions of the same chromosome.
