| 摘 要： | 云南昌宁大叶茶和腾冲大叶茶的染色体数目都是2n=30。15对同源染色体中,有11对m型染色体和4对sm型染色体,没有发现具随体的染色体。根据Levan等的分类体制鉴定,这2个品种的核型为2n=22m 8sm,属于Stebbirs核型分类的1A型。

| Abstract: | The present paper deals with the chromosome number and karyotype of Yunnan Changning cultivated tea variety and Yunnan Tengchong cultivated tea variety.The number of somatic chromosome in stem tip cells of two varieties was found to be diploid with 2n=30. Among the 15 pairs mhoologous chromosome of two varieties, 11 pairs were metacentric (m-type) and 4 pairs were submetacentric (sm-type), no SAT-chromosome was found. According to the classification system proposed by Levan et al., the karyotype formulaS of the two varieties were 2n=30=22m 8sm, belonging to 1A type of Stebbins karyotype symmetry. |
