山葵(Wasabi japonica)种子发芽特性的研究

摘    要: 研究了山葵种子的发芽特性及不同植物激素和化学药剂处理对其发芽的影响。结果表明,山葵种子在15 ℃下发芽率最高,20 ℃次之。6-BA、GA3、BR处理可提高山葵种子发芽率,其中以6-BA处理效果最好。去除种皮可使山葵种子发芽率提高到98%,表明种皮对山葵种子发芽有抑制作用。

Abstract:The germination character of wasabi seeds an d efect of diferent temperature, light and plant hormones, chemicals on germination percentage of wasabi seeds were studied. The results showed that germination percentage was the highest under 15 ℃,and germination percentage under 20 ℃ was lower than that under 15℃. 6-BA,GA3,and BR could increase germination percentage of wasabi seeds among all treatments,6-BA acted the most efficiently.When seed coat was removed,germination percentage might arrive 98.0%,and germination speed became quickly,so seed coat could inhibit germination of wasabi seeds.
