新型缓速酸的研制

摘    要:以HCl、H3PO4及潜在酸FA复配,通过岩屑溶失性能测试,确定了缓速酸酸液配方:12%HCl+4%H3PO4+3.5%潜在酸FA。缓速性能评价结果表明,该酸液与常规土酸相比,酸液的有效作用时间从2h提高到8h。岩芯流动试验表明,该缓速酸使天然岩芯的渗透率提高了3.931倍,具有良好的酸化解堵效果。

Abstract:The main part of retarded acid fulid was composed of hydrochloric acid,phosphoric acid and potential acid FA.Through the corrosion test of rock debris,the composition of retarded acid was determined as:12%HCl+4%H3PO4+3.5% latent acid FA.Evaluation results show that the effective time may be prolonged from 2 hours to 8 hours as compared with conventional mud acid.Through the core flow test,it is found that the permeability of natural core may increase 3.931 times,it is a good acidification effects.
