低磷日粮中添加耐高温植酸酶对海兰褐蛋鸡产蛋性能、蛋品质及胫骨质量的影响

摘    要:为探讨低磷日粮中添加不同量的耐高温植酸酶对海兰褐蛋鸡产蛋性能、蛋品质及胫骨质量的影响。试验选用240羽24周龄的海兰褐商品蛋鸡,随机分成对照组、试验组1组(600U/kg)、试验组2组(900U/kg)和试验组3组(1200U/kg),?每组设3个重复,每个重复20羽,预饲期7天,试验期8周,分别对的鸡产蛋性能和蛋品质进行测定。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验1、2、3组的产蛋性能差异不显著。与对照组相比,试验1、3组蛋壳厚度差异不显著(P>0.05),试验2组蛋壳厚度提高显著(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验1、2、3组蛋黄指数提高极显著(P<0.01);与对照组相比,试验1、2组鸡蛋的哈氏单位提高显著,3组提高不显著(P>0.05);试验2组与试验1、3组相比哈氏单位提高显著(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验2组胫骨重量提高显著(P<0.05),1、3组提高不显著(P>0.05);与对照组相比,试验1、2、3组胫骨长度和粗灰分含量差异不显著(P>0.05);与对照组相比,试验2组的钙含量和总磷含量提高极显著(P<0.01),1、3组提高不显著(P>0.05)。综上,饲料中添加900U/kg耐高温植酸酶对于提高海兰褐蛋鸡的产蛋性能和蛋品质的效果较理想。

Effects of High Temperature Resistant Phytase on Egg Performance, Egg Quality and Tibia Quality of Hyline Brown Laying Hens in Low Phosphorus Diet
Abstract:In order to investigate the effects of adding different amounts of thermostable phytase into low phosphorus diets on egg production performance and egg quality of Hyline Brown Layers. 96 24-week-old Hyline Brown laying hens were randomly divided into control group, experimental group 1 ( 600U / kg ), experimental group 2 ( 900U / kg ) and experimental group 3 ( 1200U / kg ), The laying performance and egg quality of the hens were measured after 7 days of pre-feeding and 8 weeks of test. The results showed that compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in egg production performance between groups 1, 2 and 3. Compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in eggshell thickness between the experimental groups 1 and 3 ( P > 0.05 ), and the eggshell thickness of the experimental group 2 increased significantly ( P < 0.05 ). Compared with the control group, the egg yolk index of groups 1,2 and 3 increased significantly ( P < 0.01 ). Compared with the control group, the Haugh unit of the eggs in the test groups 1 and 2 increased significantly, and the increase in the three groups was not significant ( P > 0.05 ). Compared with group 1 and group 3, group 2 increased Haugh unit ( P < 0.05 ). Compared with the control group, the tibial weight of the experimental group 2 increased significantly ( P < 0.05 ), groups 1and 3 improved not significantly ( P > 0.05 ). Compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in tibia length and crude ash content between groups 1, 2 and 3 ( P > 0.05 ). Compared with the control group, the calcium content and total phosphorus content of groups 2 was significantly increased ( P < 0.01 ), groups 1and 3 improved not significantly ( P > 0.05 ). In conclusion, the effect of adding 900U / kg thermostable phytase in feed on improving laying performance and egg quality of Hyline Brown laying hens was ideal.
