不同采收成熟度及方式对烤烟上部烟叶质量的影响

为探索增强上部烟叶工业可用性的技术措施,研究了不同采收成熟度与采收方式下对上部烟叶产量、等级质量及产值的影响。研究结果表明:延时一次性采烤(上二棚叶成熟后推迟7 d与顶叶一次性采烤,以倒2叶成熟为准)烟叶产量最高,为938.64 kg/hm2,较常规分2次采烤(上二棚叶和顶叶成熟后分别采烤)与延时分2次采烤(上二棚叶、顶叶成熟后均推迟7 d采烤)分别提高了3.68%、8.70%。常规分2次采烤烤后烟叶等级质量显著高于延时分2次采烤和延时一次性采烤,且其上等烟率较延迟分2次采烤和延时一次性采烤提高15.90个百分点和27.88个百分点。烤后烟叶均价亦以常规分2次采烤最高(18.39元/kg),较延时分2次采烤分别与延时一次性采烤增加了20.43%与47.95%。常规分2次采烤烟叶的产值分别是延时分2次采烤与延时一次性采烤处理的1.26倍、1.43倍。上二棚叶与顶叶成熟分别采烤的方式能提高烟叶等级质量及种烟经济效益。

Effect of Different Harvest Maturity and Ways on the Quality of Upper Leaves of Flue-Cured Tobacco

In order to investigate the technical measures of enhancing the industrial usability of flue-cured tobacco,the effect of different harvest maturity and ways on tobacco economical characters was studied,including production,grade quality and output.Results were as follows:the amount of yield was higher in disposable mature harvest with back a week treatment(938.64 kg/hm2)than that of conventional treatment in two harvests and delay processing in two harvests,by 3.68% and 8.70%.The quality of all tobacco leaves grade was the best with conventional treatment in two harvests than that of other ways.And the amount of rate of first class tobacco was higher in conventional treatment in two harvests than that of disposable mature harvest with back 7 days and delayed processing in two harvests treatments,by 15.90 and 27.88 percentage points.The amount of tobacco average price was higher in conventional treatment(18.39 yuan/kg) than that of disposable mature harvest with back 7 days and delay processing in two harvests treatments,by 20.43% and 47.95%.The tobacco output of conventional treatment was 1.26 and 1.43 times than that of disposable mature harvest with back 7 days and delayed processing in two harvests treatments.The technique of conventional treatment could increase the tobacco grade quality and economic benefits.
