摘    要:为探讨核桃剪枝木屑栽培香菇的可行性,解决废弃核桃剪枝木屑资源的再利用及河北省木屑资源短缺问题,以我省主栽的香菇品种香2、香1、香15、新0912、秋香1和香7为供试菌株,探讨核桃剪枝木屑煮汁的添加对不同品种香菇菌丝生长速度的影响。结果表明,核桃剪枝木屑是很好的碳源,可促进香2、香1、香15、新0912和秋香1菌丝的生长;核桃剪枝木屑也是优于普通木屑的碳氮源,可促进香2、香15和香7菌丝的快速生长。

Abstract:In order to explore the feasibility of cultivating Lentinua edodes with walnut pruning sawdust, solve the reuse of walnut pruning sawdust resources and the shortage of sawdust resources in Hebei province. The main varieties of Lentinua edodes in Hebei province are Xiang 2, Xiang 1, Xiang 15, Xin 0912, Qiuxiang 1 and Xiang 7, as tested strains, after adding walnut pruning sawdust boiling juice, the effect of growth rate of different varieties were explored. The results showed that walnut pruning sawdust is a good carbon source, which can promote the growth of Xiang 2, Xiang 1, Xiang 15, Xin 0912 and Qiuxiang 1.At the same time, walnut pruned sawdust is also a better carbon and nitrogen source than ordinary sawdust, which can promote the rapid growth of Xiang 2, Xiang 15 and Xiang 7 mycelium.
