The Efficient Cultivation Technology of Hericium erinaceus Based on the Cultivation Substrate of Flammulina velutiper Chaff

The efficient cultivation technology system of Hericium erinaceus was established by optimizing the formula of liquid medium and culture medium, cultivation methods with low-cost culture substrate such as waste culture substrate of Flammulina velutipes and filter mud. The results show that, the best formula of liquid medium formulation of H. erinaceus is H3. H. erinaceus had the strongest mycelial activity on the fourth day. The best formula of culture medium of H. erinaceus is W2. Cultivation method is to choose the cultivation bag with smaller caliber without scratching the mycelia. Compared with the corncob culture medium, it was found that the mycelia growth rate of H. erinaceus cultured in the new culture substrate was higher, the full bag time and budding time were shorter, and the fruiting body weight increased by 44%,and it has higher nutritional value.
