农业科研院所成果转化的机制与路径研究

党的十九大报告提出创新驱动战略，科技创新与成果转化是驱动社会经济发展的两个车轮，缺一不可。鉴于我国农业科技成果转化起步晚、转化率低、科技与经济“两张皮”问题依然严峻实际，构建了农业科技成果转化的机制框架体系，揭示了机制对促进农业科技成果转化关键作用的观点。基于此，文章进行了主要机制的机理分析，归纳了我国农业科技成果转化的4种路径并简要分析了其机理机制，提出了促进机制及路径研究的重要意义，为科技尽快转化为现实生产力提供理论基础。

THE STUDY OF THE MECHANISM AND PATH OF COMMERCIALIZATION OF SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNOLOGICAL ACHIEVEMENTS OF AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH INSTITUTES

The report to the 19th CPC National Congress put forward an innovation-driven strategy. Scientific and technological innovation and achievements transformation are the two ways driving social and economic development. In view of the late start and low transformation rate of agricultural scientific and technological achievements in China, and the science and technology is seriously out touch with economy. Considering of these, this research constructed an agricultural scientific and technological achievements transformation mechanism, revealed the viewpoint that mechanism played a key role in promoting the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements, and analyzed the main mechanisms. And it summarized four transformation paths of agricultural scientific and technological achievements in China, and briefly collected its mechanism. Finally, it puts forward the significance of the research on the promotion mechanism and path, and it also provide a theoretical basis for the transformation of science and technology into real productivity as soon as possible.
