| 摘 要： | 依据基本建设项目实施关键点控制图,利用Microsoft Project软件,创建农业基本建设项目管理系统,使项目管理者在规划实施方案、管理执行进度、调整实施计划和分析关键路径等方面得到便利,大幅提高项目执行能力,推进各项农业基本建设项目顺利实施。

| Abstract: | Agricultural capital construction project is administrated by Ministry of Agriculture. In general, the project required constant plan adjustments and real-time dynamic management. Therefore, it is difficult to manage the project dynamically to ensure the project progress due to the shortage of human in the infrastructure construction management. This paper introduced an intelligent project management system based on Microsoft Project 2010 to achieve the overall dynamic control and coordination. |
