| 农业科研单位基建项目现状、问题及对策建议

| 摘 要： | 文章通过梳理2007—2018年中国农业科学院农业资源与农业区划研究所承担的农业基本建设项目情况，对其现状进行了总结分析，从项目实施前期工作、过程管理分析了目前基建管理工作主要存在的问题，为今后加强农业科研机构基建管理提出了对策和建议。

| Abstract: | This paper summarized current situation of agricultural capital construction project development with reviewing these projects undertaken by the Institute of Agricultural Resources and Regional Planning in CAAS from 2007 to 20l8. And then, it analyzed the main problems existed in the prophase, metaphase and anaphase of the projects. At last, it provides some countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the construction management for agricultural research institutions in future. |
