| 摘 要： | 档案的分散保管和多头管理直接影响档案的完整与安全,制约了档案的综合开发和利用,建设规范化、现代化、信息化的综合档案室是当前农业科研单位发展的一大趋势。本文探讨了农业科研单位建设综合档案室的必要性,提出了创建规范化档案室的四大举措,从三个方面讨论了档案室建设的信息化和现代化。

| Abstract: | The scattered and many-headed management of archives affected the file''s integrity and security, and restricted the comprehensive development and utilization of archives. Therefore, to found a standardized, modernized and informationalized comprehensive archive room would be a trend in the current development of agricultural scientific research institutes. This paper discussed the necessity of construction of comprehensive archive room, put forward four measures to found standardized archives, and discussed the informatization and modernization of archives room from three aspects. |
