| 摘 要： | 农业科研院所是国家科技创新体系的重要组成部分,为创新驱动发展战略提供强有力的支持。文章基于中国农业科学院体系的管理工作探索实践,从转变管理理念、创新人才管理机制、创新科研组织形式、推进协同创新联合攻关和创新财务管理等5个方面探讨了新常态下创新现代农业科研院所管理工作的有效做法,以供其他农业科研院所参考借鉴。

| Abstract: | As one of the most important components of National Scientific-Technological Innovation System, agricultural research institutes contribute a lot to National Innovation Driven Development Strategy. Based on the management system explorations and practices of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, 5 effective countermeasures on how to improve the management work of modern agricultural research institutes were put forward, such as changing management idea,innovating personnel management mechanism and research organization form, promoting collaborative innovation and financial management innovation, and so on, aiming to provide references for other academies and institutes of agricultural sciences. |
