日粮中添加蛋白酶对欧拉型藏羔羊生产性能的影响

试验研究日粮中添加蛋白酶对育肥羔羊生产性能的影响。选择健康、体况相近的4月龄欧拉型藏羔羊30只,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组15只。两组羔羊的日粮组成及日粮中精料补充料、青贮饲料和青干草均一致。试验组日粮中按精料补充料0.02%的比例添加蛋白酶,对照组不添加,试验期为60 d。测定羔羊试验期0、30、60 d的活体重、料重比和粪样的营养成分。结果表明,日粮中添加蛋白酶能显著提高羔羊的平均日增重(P<0.05),降低粪样中的粗脂肪、粗纤维和钙的含量(P<0.05)。试验表明,日粮中添加0.02%蛋白酶对欧拉型藏羔羊生产性能有显著影响。

The effect of dietary protease on the performance of Euler Tibetan lamb

The experiment studied the effect of protease on the performance of fattening lambs. 30 healthy four-month-old Euler Tibetan lambs with similar body condition were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 15 lambs in each group. The diet composition of the two groups and the concentrate supplement, silage and hay in the diet were the same. In experimental group, protease was added in the proportion of 0.02% of the concentrate supplement, but not in control group, and the experimental period was 60 days. The live weight, feed to weight ratio and fecal nutrients of lambs at 0, 30 and 60 days were measured. The results showed that the average daily gain(P<0.05) of the lambs were significantly increased by adding protease in the diet, and the contents of crude fat, crude fiber and calcium in the feces were decreased(P<0.05). The experiment indicated that adding 0.02% protease in the diet had a significant effect on the performance of the Tibetan lambs.
