摘 要: | 试验以斑马鱼为试验模型,探究虾青素(Astaxanthin)对生长性能及酶活性的影响。将60条斑马鱼幼鱼自由喂养6 d再次称重,将所有的斑马鱼分为5组,每组12条。各组分别在基础饲料中添加0(对照组)、0.3%、0.6%、0.9%和1.2%的虾青素。结果显示,0.6%、0.9%和1.2%虾青素组的斑马鱼增重率(WG)和特定生长率(SGR)均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);各虾青素组的体长增长值均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);各虾青素组血液中酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、溶菌酶(LZM)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性均低于对照组,各虾青素组丙二醛(MDA)含量均高于对照组。结果表明,过量虾青素通过降低斑马鱼血液中的酶活性而抑制斑马鱼生长发育。。

Abstract: | In the study,zebrafish was used as the laboratorial model to explore the effect of astaxan thin on the growth performance and enzyme activity of zebrafish.60 young zebrafish fish were fed freely for six days before weighing again.All zebrafish were divided into five groups with 12 fish in each group.Each group added 0,0.3%,0.6%,0.9%,1.2%of astaxanthin in basal diet.The results showed that the zebrafish weight gain(WG)and specific growth rate(SGR)of 0.6%,0.9%and 1.2%astaxanthin groups were significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05),and the body growth of astaxanthin group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The activities of ACP,AKP,LZM and SOD in astaxanthin groups were lower than those in control group,and the contents of MDA in astaxanthin group were higher than those in control group.The results showed that excessive astaxanthin inhibited the growth and development of zebrafish by decreasing the enzyme activity in blood. |
