日粮中棉秆水平对绵羊肉品质的影响

摘    要:
试验旨在研究日粮中不同水平棉秆对绵羊肉品质和营养成分的影响。试验选取30只体重为(21.91±5.16)kg的F1代断奶母羔,驱虫后依据体重进行单因素完全随机试验设计,随机分为5组,每组6只。以等能等蛋白原则配制试验日粮,其中对照组不添加棉秆,20%组、30%组、40%组和50%组分别添加20%~50%的棉秆,试验期250 d。结果显示:棉秆添加组背最长肌的pH值均略低于对照组(P>0.05),各组间肌红蛋白、失水率和剪切力差异不显著(P>0.05);40%组和50%棉秆添加组的干物质含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),30%组和40%棉秆添加组的蛋白质含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),50%棉秆添加组的蛋白质含量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结果表明,日粮添加20%~30%棉秆时肉食用品质和营养成分影响不大,日粮中添加20%~50%棉秆时,能够提高肉中干物质和蛋白质含量。说明在绵羊生产中可以利用棉秆。

Effect of different cotton stalk levels on meat quality of sheep
Abstract:
The purpose of the experiment was to study the effect of different cotton stalk levels on the quality and nutrition of mutton. Thirty weaned F1 lambs with an average body weight of(21.91±5.16) kg were randomly divided into control group, 20%, 30%, 40% and 50% cotton stalk level groups, with six sheep in each group. The experimental period was 250 days. The results showed that the pH values of different cotton stalk level groups were slightly lower than those of control group(P>0.05), and there was no significant difference between myoglobin, water loss rate and shear force in each groups(P>0.05). The dry matter content of 40% and 50% cotton stalk groups were significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05). The protein contents of 30% and 40% cotton straw group were significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05), and the protein content of 50% cotton straw group were significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.01). The results showed that when 20%~30% cotton straw was added to the diet, there was no significant effect to the meat quality and nutritional composition, and when 20%~50% cotton straw was added to the diet, the dry matter and protein content of meat could be increased. It indicated that when cotton straw was added to the diet, the dry matter and protein content of meat could be increased,so cotton stalks could be used in meat production.
