摘 要: | 试验旨在研究酵母菌、乳酸菌和枯草芽孢杆菌分别发酵米糠与负离子制剂按比例混合制成的三菌培养物与负离子复合制剂对断奶仔猪血液指标的影响。试验选用体重(8.17±0.78)kg的40头断奶仔猪,随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组断奶仔猪饲喂0.5%三菌培养物与负离子复合制剂+基础饲粮,试验期49 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验组仔猪血清生长激素、胰岛素和甲状腺素水平显著升高(P<0.05),血清生长抑素水平极显著降低(P<0.01);试验组仔猪血清中总蛋白和白蛋白含量显著升高(P<0.05),胆固醇和尿素氮含量显著降低(P<0.05),甘油三酯水平极显著降低(P<0.01)。与对照组相比,试验组仔猪血清中免疫球蛋白A、白细胞、淋巴细胞含量和淋巴细胞百分比显著增加(P<0.05),血清免疫球蛋白G含量极显著增加(P<0.01)。与对照组相比,试验组仔猪血清总抗氧化能力和过氧化氢酶含量极显著增加(P<0.01),谷胱甘肽-过氧化物酶和超氧化物歧化酶含量显著提高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验组仔猪肌酸激酶含量显著降低(P<0.05),皮质醇含量极显著降低(P<0.01)。综上所述,断奶仔猪饲粮中添加一定量的三菌培养物与负离子复合制剂能够促进仔猪生长发育,提高断奶仔猪免疫能力、抗氧化能力及抗应激能力。

Effect of compound preparation of three bacteria cultures and anion on blood indexes of weaned piglets |

Abstract: | The aim of the experiment was to study the effect of three bacteria cultures and anion compound preparation prepared by yeast,lactic acid bacteria and bacillus subtilis fermented rice bran on blood indexes of weaned piglets.For the experiment,40 weaned piglets weighing(8.17±0.78)kg were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.Weaned piglets in the control group were fed with basal diet,while weaned piglets in the experimental group were fed with 0.5%compound preparation of three bacteria cultures,anion and basal diet.Blood collection on the 49th day of the experiment.The results showed that compared with control group,serum growth hormone,insulin and thyroxine levels of piglets in the experimental group were significantly increased(P<0.05),serum somatostatin levels were significantly decreased(P<0.01),serum total protein and albumin levels were significantly increased(P<0.05),cholesterol and serum urea levels were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and triglyceride levels were significantly reduced(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,serum immunoglobulin A,white blood cell,lymphocyte content and lymphocyte percentage of piglets in the experimental group were significantly increased(P<0.05),serum immunoglobulin G content increased significantly(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the total antioxidant capacity and catalase content of piglets in the experimental group were significantly increased(P<0.01),and the contents of glutathione-peroxidase and superoxide dismutase in serum of piglets were significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the content of creatine kinase in piglets in the experimental group was significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the content of cortisol was significantly reduced(P<0.01).In conclusion,adding a certain amount of three bacteria cultures and anion compound preparation to the diet of weaned piglets can promote the growth and development of piglets and improve the immunity,antioxidant capacity and anti-stress ability of weaned piglets. |
