不同佐剂对兔出血症灭活冻干疫苗免疫效果的影响

健康新西兰成年兔 2 0只 ,随机分成 4组 ,在接种兔出血症灭活冻干苗的同时 ,各组分别注射左旋咪唑 (L MS,2mg/ kg)、黄芪多糖 (APS,2 .4 mg/ kg)、亚硒酸钠 (Se,0 .1 mg/ kg)和生理盐水 ,于免疫后 8、1 4、2 1、2 8d无菌心脏采血 ,应用间接 EL ISA和 MTT比色法检测机体抗体水平和淋巴细胞转化功能。结果显示 ,L MS组抗体和淋巴细胞转化水平在 1周后即可明显上升 ,与对照组差异显著 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;APS组 ,第 2周抗体水平达到最高 ,淋巴细胞转化功能显著增高 ,与对照组比较差异显著 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;Se组 ,抗体上升的过程较慢 ,第 3周达到峰值 ,与对照组和 L MS组相比 ,差异显著 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :L MS短期效果明显 ,但持续时间短 ;Se的作用缓慢 ,第 2 1天抗体水平才明显上升 ;APS调节效果最好 ,免疫后 8d即迅速刺激体液免疫和细胞免疫 ,且可较长时间维持较高水平

Effects of Different Adjuvants of RHD Freeze-dried Vaccine on the Immune Function of Rabbits

Twenty rabbits were randomly divided into four groups and respectively vaccinated with RHD freeze-dried vaccine supplemented with levamisole(2 mg/kg),astragalus polysachain(2.4 mg/kg),selenium(0.1 mg/kg) and physiological salt solution.The antibody against RHD and T lymphocyte transformation were detected on 8,14,21,28 d after inoculation.The results indicated that the vaccination with LMS significantly enhanced the immune function within 1 week as compared with the control(P<0.05).But this status only sustained for a short time.The group supplemented with APS gets the hightest production of antibody and the T lymphocyte transformation on the 2nd week,while the fourth group with SE changed little by little and gets the high on the 3rd week.
