玉米自交系材料耐高温特性鉴定筛选初报

摘    要:对来自国内外的816份玉米自交系及其资源材料进行了耐高温特性鉴定和筛选。将玉米的耐高温特性分为特耐、高耐、中耐、不耐4个级别。筛选结果为:特耐型2个,高耐型5个,中耐型20个,不耐型789个。试验证明,玉米自交系材料间的耐高温特性存在着明显差异,育种家们手中所拥有的耐高温材料显然太少。

Preliminary Report on Identification and Screen of Maize Inbred Line Materials Tolerance to High Temperature
Abstract:816 maize inbred lines from inside and outside of China were identified and screened for their tolerance to high temperature.The maize inbred lines were classified as high temperature tolerance,moderate high temperature tolerance and non high temperature tolerance.The screen result is as follows,among 816 maize inbred lines,there exist 2 super high temperature tolerance lines,5 high temperature tolerance lines,20 moderate high temperature tolerance lines and 789 non high temperature tolerance lines.The experimental result shows there exist obvious differences among the maize inbred lines for high temperature tolerance.It's obvious that the high temperature tolerance materials of maize owned by breeders are very limited.
